Michele is one of those realtors you only dream of finding. As a first time home buyer who was new to the area I didn't have much to go on as far as finding a real estate agent, and it was only through a referral from my bank that I found Michele but boy did it pay off! From the start Michele was on top of everything, and was quick to respond to any question or concern I had, including responding to my initial contact email within 30 minutes of me first sending it. Then, even after I had chosen her as my agent she would make sure to respond to any question I had, one time as late as 10pm on a Friday night to answer a simple email question I had.
She took me around to every house I wanted to see in both Cecil and Harford county even though I wasn't entire sure what I really wanted in the beginning, and by the end I ended up getting a house at 70% of the appraisal value, a fantastic deal! But as far as I am concerned the price negotiation really ended up the easy part. The house I bought ended up getting hit with a myriad of problems before I went to go settle, but Michele was there every step of the way to keep me in the loop with everything. In fact for six weeks she was making daily calls to 5 different parties making sure she kept the pressure on everyone to ensure I was able to keep such a great deal I got on the house. Even after I had given up hope of actually ever getting into the house Michele kept plugging away and was eventually to get everything wrapped up.
